Download & Installation
- Download the Simplicity.exe and run
UNZIP to save it to your hard drive. The default location is
C:\FrontPage Tools (this can be modified)
- In FrontPage, click File > Open Web, then browse to
C:\FrontPage Tools folder, and select the Simplicity web.
- Use existing pages in web by renaming them
to suit your needs, for example rename setup.htm to
clients.htm, then go into the Navigation
View to modify the
Navigation Bar.

How to Modify the Company Name, Tagline, and
the Top Navigation Labels
- Open top.htm (located in the
INCLUDES folder)
- Click in the text box that you want to
change
- Type you company name, tagline, or
navigation

How to Modify the Top Navigation Links
- Open top.htm (located in the INCLUDES
folder)
- Right-click the Hotspot you wish to modify
- Type or browse to create the new hyperlink

- Open top.htm (located in
the INCLUDES folder)
- Go into the HTML view
- change the url e.g. from
../search.htm to ../somethingnew.htm

Navigation Customization
Rename the Navigation Bar
- View > Navigation
- Select the page you would
like to rename
- Right click > Rename
- Right click in anywhere in
Navigation View and click Apply Changes
Adding pages to the
Navigation Bar
- View > Navigation
- From the Folder List, drag
the page into the navigation hierarchy
- You can verify where you
dragged the page by right clicking the page in the Folder
List and choosing Find in Navigation
- Make sure to name the page
appropriate so it "Fits" in the Navigation Bar
- Right click in anywhere in
Navigation View and click Apply Changes

How to Modify the Section Text
- The main 3 sections use plain text, and
can be modified to your liking
- If you would like fancier text, you can
modify the section_text.psd file located in
\IMAGES\EDITABLE folder

- Open top.htm (located in the INCLUDES
folder)
- Insert code into commented area above

How to Configure your Contact Form
- Make sure that your website is hosted on a
web server that is configured with FrontPage
Server Extensions (Ask your Web Hosting
company)
- Right-click the form (anywhere inside the
dotted lines) and click Form Properties
- Enter your email address and text file, or
database that you want the information to be
sent to.

Different Color schemes
There are 3 differrent color schemes available
with this template blue, green, and purple. You
can control the colored links by modifying the
table or cell properties.
- Go to properties of the Table or Cell
- Click the Style button
- Select a class.
